A simple coffee trailer, a conversation, and a moment that changed everything.

With a background as an NHS dietitian and years spent working in coffee, this isn’t a new story. It’s a full circle one. From learning the craft behind the machine, to long hours spent in coffee shops during study, to ultra runs where coffee became part of the rhythm… before, during, and after the miles.

Then life shifted.

After losing my Dad last year, my perspective changed. It became less about what I should do, and more about how I actually want to spend my time.

So I took a leap.

Trailhead Coffee Co isn’t about four walls and armchairs.
It’s about good coffee, fresh air, and the moments that happen around it, before a race, after a long run, or simply taking a pause.

And the coffee had to be right.

Not just something that tasted good, but something that stood for the same things. Care. Craft. Community.

A simple search for a roastery in the Cotswolds led me to Fire & Flow Coffee Roasters.
Passion. Attention to detail. A genuine love for coffee and the people behind it.

It just fit.

What started as a search became a partnership.

Because the coffee we serve isn’t just about what’s in the cup. It’s about where it comes from, who’s behind it, and doing things properly.
